Most of my collections are made from sterling silver and vitreous enamel although I also work in gold and use precious and semi-precious gemstones. I always choose recycled precious metals where possible and only responsibly sourced stones.
It is also possible to use the metal and gems in your unworn jewellery to create new pieces.

Enamel is a very fine layer of glass which is fused onto the surface of the silver in a kiln heated to around 1000 degrees celcius. I have a full blog post on the process here.

Yes, I only use sterling silver or sometimes fine silver.
